How is the program delivered? All sessions take place on Microsoft Teams. Learners can find workbooks, chat with others and ask the trainer questions in the shared work area. Personal reflection activities are aligned to each session for learners to do in their own time. The program covers the following:
- Customers and channels
- Enquiry qualification
- Proposing your product
- Hot bookings and conversion tactics
- Follow up and next steps
You can tailor your team's learning experience by adding further sessions relevant to the needs of your business. For example, sessions on Successful Site Inspections or Upselling.
How does it work? A pre-course call enables learners to meet each other and get answers to any questions they may have prior to commencing the program. Then over the following weeks, attend hour-long interactive online sessions to engage in group discussion, learn about the session topic and the industry, as well as participate in break-out activities and personal reflection.
Anything else I need to know? Prior to the training, we will work with you to set a success criteria for the training and agree how this will be measured. For group bookings of 10 learners or more, the training content and activities can be personalised to your brand.
What happens afterwards? Learners receive a certificate of attendance. We provide you with a follow up support plan and together we monitor the success criteria.
